Ingredients:
- 0.5 kg Fresh shrimp
- 0.5 kg Fresh squid rings
- 3 whole Garlic cloves
- 1 whole Lemon
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Begin by washing the seafood and draining it dry.
- Heat a large, non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add the olive oil and the chopped garlic, cook until softened.
- Turn the heat up to high, then add the seafood to the pan.
- Stir regularly until the shrimp and squid have turned pink and opaque, indicating they are completely cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper while cooking.
- Chop the parsley and zest the lemon, adding them into the pan.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the seafood and stir thoroughly to incorporate all flavors.
- Check seasoning once more, adjust if necessary.
