
Mediterranean Pork Breakfast Wraps

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces boneless pork chops
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pieces tortilla wraps
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2 pieces tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch spinach
- 1 piece red onion
Instructions:
- Season the pork chops with garlic, salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
- While the pork is cooking, chop the tomatoes, spinach, and red onion.
- Place the cooked pork chop on a tortilla wrap, then top with feta cheese, tomatoes, spinach, and onion.
- Roll up the wrap and serve warm.
