Mediterranean Pork Breakfast Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces boneless pork chops
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces tortilla wraps
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 2 pieces tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch spinach
  • 1 piece red onion

Instructions:

  1. Season the pork chops with garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
  4. While the pork is cooking, chop the tomatoes, spinach, and red onion.
  5. Place the cooked pork chop on a tortilla wrap, then top with feta cheese, tomatoes, spinach, and onion.
  6. Roll up the wrap and serve warm.
