
Mediterranean Pita Pizza

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces whole wheat pita bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves, crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup, crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup sliced Roma tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Brush each pita bread with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed garlic.
- Top each one with half of the mozzarella and feta cheeses.
- Arrange sliced tomatoes and olives on the cheeses.
- Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is melted and browned slightly.
