Ingredients:
- 400 grams Pasta
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups Spinach
- 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 1 lemon Lemon zest
- 100 grams Feta cheese
- Handful Fresh basil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to burst.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in the red chili flakes, lemon zest, and pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
