
Mediterranean Late Night Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 300 grams Raw shrimp
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 10 whole Cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch Fresh basil leaves
- 100 grams Feta cheese
- To taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Peel and mince the garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Rinse the shrimp under cold water.
- 2. Boil water in a large pot and add a generous pinch of salt. Once boiling, add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- 3. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 4. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they start to turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Then add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften and the shrimp is cooked through.
- 5. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the shrimp and tomatoes. Toss everything together to combine. Add the fresh basil leaves and crumble the feta cheese over the top. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
