Mediterranean Grilled Fish

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Fresh basil
  • 8 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. First, prepare the marinade for the fish. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the fish fillets in the marinade and leave it for 10 minutes.
  3. During this time, preheat your grill to a medium heat.
  4. Grill the fish for about 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of your fillets.
  5. In the meantime, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the basil.
  6. Once the fish is done, gently remove it from the grill.
  7. Top the grilled fish with the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil, and serve immediately.
