
Mediterranean Grilled Fish

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Fish fillets
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Fresh basil
- 8 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- First, prepare the marinade for the fish. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fish fillets in the marinade and leave it for 10 minutes.
- During this time, preheat your grill to a medium heat.
- Grill the fish for about 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of your fillets.
- In the meantime, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the basil.
- Once the fish is done, gently remove it from the grill.
- Top the grilled fish with the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil, and serve immediately.
