Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 lemon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine the olive oil, crushed garlic, oregano, basil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let sit for at least 10 minutes or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. This ensures the juices redistribute throughout the chicken for maximum flavor and tenderness.
