Mediterranean Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mixed fruits (like grapes, strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1 Lemon
  • a handful Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Granola

Instructions:

  1. Take your favorite fruits. Wash, peel (if required), and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Gather them all in a bowl.
  2. Zest the lemon directly into the bowl of fruit. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the same bowl. Give everything a toss.
  3. Wash the mint leaves. Pat them dry and then chop roughly. Throw them over the fruit.
  4. Drizzle honey over the fruit and mint mixture. Toss everything together till all the fruits are coated well.
  5. Serve the fruit salad in individual bowls. Top each with a generous dollop of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of granola. It's ready.
