
Mediterranean Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mixed fruits (like grapes, strawberries, blueberries)
- 1 Lemon
- a handful Fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Granola
Instructions:
- Take your favorite fruits. Wash, peel (if required), and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Gather them all in a bowl.
- Zest the lemon directly into the bowl of fruit. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the same bowl. Give everything a toss.
- Wash the mint leaves. Pat them dry and then chop roughly. Throw them over the fruit.
- Drizzle honey over the fruit and mint mixture. Toss everything together till all the fruits are coated well.
- Serve the fruit salad in individual bowls. Top each with a generous dollop of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of granola. It's ready.
