Mediterranean Comfort Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Pasta
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Black olives
  • 200 grams Feta cheese
  • 10 leaves Basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the chopped garlic to the pan. Cook until it's fragrant, for about 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add the cherry tomatoes and black olives to the pan. Sprinkle in the salt and pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5. Let the mixture cook until the tomatoes become soft and start to burst, for about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss well until the pasta is fully covered with the sauce.
  7. 7. Turn off the heat. Add the feta cheese and basil leaves. Stir in until they're melted and well-combined.
  8. 8. Taste and adjust the seasoning if required.
  9. 9. Serve your Mediterranean Comfort Pasta warm for a delicious, comforting snack!
