
Mediterranean Comfort Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pasta
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup Black olives
- 200 grams Feta cheese
- 10 leaves Basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add the chopped garlic to the pan. Cook until it's fragrant, for about 30 seconds.
- 4. Add the cherry tomatoes and black olives to the pan. Sprinkle in the salt and pepper. Stir well.
- 5. Let the mixture cook until the tomatoes become soft and start to burst, for about 10 minutes.
- 6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss well until the pasta is fully covered with the sauce.
- 7. Turn off the heat. Add the feta cheese and basil leaves. Stir in until they're melted and well-combined.
- 8. Taste and adjust the seasoning if required.
- 9. Serve your Mediterranean Comfort Pasta warm for a delicious, comforting snack!
