
Mediterranean Chicken Pita Pockets

Ingredients:
- 2 whole Chicken breasts
- 4 pieces Pita bread
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Tzatziki sauce
- 2 cups Lettuce
- 2 whole Tomatoes
- 1 whole Cucumbers
- 1/2 whole Red onion
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill for medium heat.
- Rub the chicken breasts with the lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill until no longer pink in the middle, about 6 minutes per side. Let the chicken cool, then cut into strips.
- Cut the pita bread in half, then stuff each half with the chicken strips. Add tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions according to taste. Serve immediately while chicken is still warm.
