
Mediterranean Breakfast Pork Chops with Fig Compote

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Bone-In Pork Chops
- 8 pieces Figs
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- To taste Salt
- To taste Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions:
- 1. Rinse the pork chops and dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear until browned on each side and fully cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, add the figs, honey, and red wine vinegar. Stir to combine and cook until the figs are slightly caramelized.
- 4. Spoon the fig compote over the pork chops.
