
Mediterranean Beef Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef
- 4 whole Bell peppers
- 1 whole Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 400 grams Crushed tomatoes
- 100 grams Feta cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off of your bell peppers and remove the seeds. Set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is transparent.
- Add the beef to the pan and cook completely. Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the crushed tomatoes to the pan. Simmer the mixture on low heat for 15 minutes.
- While the meat is simmering, place your bell peppers in a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, take the peppers out of the oven. Fill each pepper with the beef mixture.
- Crumble the feta cheese over the top of each stuffed pepper. Return the peppers to the oven for another 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
- Allow peppers to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Mediterranean Beef Stuffed Peppers!
