Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Mixed Seafood (shrimp, mussels, squid rings)
  • 200 grams Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 pieces Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1/2 piece Lemon
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • for garnish Parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a baking dish, combine seafood, cherry tomatoes, finely chopped garlic, olive oil, and white wine.
  3. Squeeze half a lemon over the mixture. Season with salt and black pepper and mix well.
