Masala Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 Green Chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions:

  1. Chop the onion and green chilies finely.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Saute the chopped onion and green chilies in the pan until they are translucent.
  4. Break the eggs into a bowl. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper, and beat well.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir well to mix with the onion and green chilies.
  6. Cook on low heat and keep stirring until the eggs are lightly scrambled.
  7. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the scrambled eggs. Give it a quick mix.
  8. Turn off the heat and transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate.
  9. Serve hot with roti or bread for breakfast.
