
Masala Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 Green Chili
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Instructions:
- Chop the onion and green chilies finely.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Saute the chopped onion and green chilies in the pan until they are translucent.
- Break the eggs into a bowl. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper, and beat well.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir well to mix with the onion and green chilies.
- Cook on low heat and keep stirring until the eggs are lightly scrambled.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the scrambled eggs. Give it a quick mix.
- Turn off the heat and transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate.
- Serve hot with roti or bread for breakfast.
