Marinated Grilled Fish Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 2 large Fish fillets
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 2 chopped Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 Wooden skewers

Instructions:

  1. Cut the fish fillets into 1-inch pieces and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, juice of the lemon, chopped garlic, fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper and mix well.
  3. Add the fish pieces to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Thread the marinated fish pieces onto the soaked skewers.
  7. Grill the fish skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and slightly charred.
  8. Serve the grilled fish skewers warm with a side of your favorite Mediterranean salad and enjoy!
