
Margherita Flatbread Pizza Snack

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces pre-baked flatbread or naan
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pieces ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- OGently brush each flatbread with olive oil, making sure to cover the edges to prevent them from burning.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic, then spread it evenly over the flatbreads.
- Slice the tomatoes thinly, then arrange on top of the flatbread, followed by the shredded mozzarella.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and slightly golden. Watch it closely to prevent burning!
- After removing from the oven, tear the basil leaves and scatter them over the top of each pizza. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut each flatbread pizza into quarters and serve immediately. Enjoy!
