
Lean Beef Teriyaki Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Lean beef strips
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsps Ginger root
- 2 whole Bell peppers
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 whole Carrots
- 2 tbsps Sesame oil
- 4 cups Cooked brown rice
Instructions:
- To marinate the beef: In a bowl, combine beef strips, garlic, ginger root, and teriyaki sauce. Cover and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same pan, add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return beef to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve the stir-fry over the cooked brown rice.
