
Late Night Pork Ramen

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pork Belly
- 2 packets Ramen Noodles
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves
- 2 stalks Spring Onions
- 750 ml Chicken Stock
- 2 eggs Boiled eggs
- 2 sheets Nori Sheets
Instructions:
- Start by marinating the pork belly in the soy sauce, mirin, and crushed garlic. Leave to sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- While the pork is marinating, chop the spring onions and set aside. Also, prepare your ramen noodles as per the packet instructions.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork to the pan and cook until it turns golden brown.
- Add the chicken stock to the pan, along with the spring onions. Let it boil for about 15-20 minutes until the pork is tender.
- Pour the broth into two bowls, add the cooked noodles, slices of pork, boiled eggs and nori sheets.
- Serve hot and enjoy your late-night comfort meal!
