Late Night Pork Ramen

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pork Belly
  • 2 packets Ramen Noodles
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Mirin
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions
  • 750 ml Chicken Stock
  • 2 eggs Boiled eggs
  • 2 sheets Nori Sheets

Instructions:

  1. Start by marinating the pork belly in the soy sauce, mirin, and crushed garlic. Leave to sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  2. While the pork is marinating, chop the spring onions and set aside. Also, prepare your ramen noodles as per the packet instructions.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork to the pan and cook until it turns golden brown.
  4. Add the chicken stock to the pan, along with the spring onions. Let it boil for about 15-20 minutes until the pork is tender.
  5. Pour the broth into two bowls, add the cooked noodles, slices of pork, boiled eggs and nori sheets.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your late-night comfort meal!
