
Late Night Mediterranean Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 0.5 cup Feta Cheese
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 200 g Spaghetti Pasta
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat up the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Add cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to burst.
- Add the cooked pasta to the tomatoes and garlic in the pan.
- Season with dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper, then toss everything together.
- Turn off the heat and sprinkle feta cheese over the pasta.
- Stir the pasta so that the feta melts slightly. Serve warm.
