Late Night Mediterranean Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 200 g Spaghetti Pasta
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat up the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to burst.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the tomatoes and garlic in the pan.
  5. Season with dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper, then toss everything together.
  6. Turn off the heat and sprinkle feta cheese over the pasta.
  7. Stir the pasta so that the feta melts slightly. Serve warm.
