Ingredients:
- 2 Pieces Fish Filet (Such as Salmon)
- 2 Cups Cooked Rice
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Mirin
- 2 Stalks Green Onions
- 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
Instructions:
- First, heat a skillet with the cooking oil over medium heat.
- Place the fish filets skin side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and mirin.
- Slice the green onions and set aside.
- Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set it on a bed of cooked rice.
- Drizzle the soy sauce and mirin mixture over the fish and rice.
- Finally, top with the sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds and serve.
