
Late Night Italian Baked Fish

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces White fish fillets
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- handful Fresh basil leaves
- 1 whole Lemon
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Drizzle half the olive oil on a baking tray. Place the fish on the tray.
- Slice the garlic cloves into thin pieces and distribute over the fish. Squeeze the lemon over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
- Scatter the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves around the fish. Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the tomatoes are slightly charred.
- Serve warm directly from the oven with extra lemon wedges on the side.
