Late Night Indian-Style Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg Beef strips
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, zucchini)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the beef strips in a mixture of turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, salt, and pepper for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Chop the mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger finely.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir fry until they are cooked but still crunchy.
  6. Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir fry until the beef is cooked through.
  7. Squeeze the juice of the lime over the stir fry and give it a final stir.
  8. Serve hot, garnish with fresh coriander if desired.
