
Late Night Indian-Style Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 0.5 kg Beef strips
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 cups Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, zucchini)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 1 whole Lime
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Marinate the beef strips in a mixture of turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, salt, and pepper for at least 10 minutes.
- Chop the mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger finely.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir fry until they are cooked but still crunchy.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir fry until the beef is cooked through.
- Squeeze the juice of the lime over the stir fry and give it a final stir.
- Serve hot, garnish with fresh coriander if desired.
