
Late Night Chinese Style Healthy Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 300 grams Lean beef steak
- 2 whole Bell peppers
- 1 medium-sized Yellow onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch-piece Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Slice the beef steak into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix together the low sodium soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and honey. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the onion, and cook until it turns translucent.
- Throw in the bell peppers, and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes or until slightly softened.
- Increase the heat to high, then add the beef strips. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef and veggies, stirring constantly. Allow it to simmer for about 2 minutes until the beef is cooked through and the sauce has reduced slightly.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, then serve hot. This dish is versatile and goes well with brown rice or noodles.
