
Late Night Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 3/4 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 large Onion
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- To Taste Salt
- For Garnish Fresh Coriander
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, and red chilli powder. Add the chicken pieces to the mix and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until it turns golden.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until it's no longer pink in the middle.
- Pour in the tomato puree, cover the pan, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the cream and season with salt. Allow the sauce to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
