Late Night Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 3/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • To Taste Salt
  • For Garnish Fresh Coriander

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, and red chilli powder. Add the chicken pieces to the mix and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until it turns golden.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until it's no longer pink in the middle.
  4. Pour in the tomato puree, cover the pan, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cream and season with salt. Allow the sauce to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
