
Kung Pao Spaghetti

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 3 stalks Scallions
- 1/4 cup Peanuts
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 pieces Red chili peppers
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 cup Water
Instructions:
- Prepare the spaghetti as per the instructions on the package.
- While the pasta is cooking, cut the chicken into cubes and marinate it with a tablespoon of soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Heat up some oil in a wok or large pan, chop the garlic, ginger, and red chili peppers, and stir-fry them for about a minute.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until it's no longer pink.
- Add the hoisin sauce, remaining soy sauce, and rice vinegar to the pan. Mix the ingredients well and let it cook for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss it with the sauce.
- Drizzle the sesame oil over the pasta and top it off with chopped scallions and peanuts.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
