
Kung Pao Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Shrimp
- 6 Dried red chili
- 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 slice Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
Instructions:
- Marinate the shrimp with half of the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and cornstarch. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat up a wok or skillet with cooking oil. Stir-fry the garlic, ginger, and dried red chili until aromatic.
- Add in the shrimp and stir-fry until they change color. Add the remaining soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and peanuts.
- Mix well and adjust taste with salt, if needed.
- Serve hot with rice.
