Japanese Yakisoba

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams Yakisoba noodles
  • 1 piece Carrots
  • 1 piece Green bell pepper
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Canola oil

Instructions:

  1. Chop the vegetables into thin, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Boil the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat the canola oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, until they start to soften.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
  7. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables in the pan. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is well combined and heated through.
  8. Serve the yakisoba hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
