
Japanese Yakisoba

Ingredients:
- 400 grams Yakisoba noodles
- 1 piece Carrots
- 1 piece Green bell pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons Canola oil
Instructions:
- Chop the vegetables into thin, bite-sized pieces.
- Boil the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the canola oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, until they start to soften.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables in the pan. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Serve the yakisoba hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
