
Japanese Yaki Udon

Ingredients:
- 400g grams Udon noodles
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 pieces Bell peppers
- 2 pieces Carrots
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 4 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Boil the udon noodles as per the packet instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions, bell peppers, and julienne carrots to the pan. Stir fry for about 3 minutes, or until vegetables are just about cooked.
- Add the udon noodles to the pan, followed by the teriyaki and soy sauce. Stir well to distribute the sauces evenly. Cook for about 2 more minutes.
- Just before removing from heat, add the sliced green onions and sesame seeds, and give another quick stir.
- Serve your Yaki Udon hot, garnish with more sesame seeds if desired.
