
Japanese Vegetable Stir-Fry Breakfast

Ingredients:
- 1 pc Carrot
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 pc Bell Pepper
- 200 grams Tofu
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 2 pcs Garlic cloves
- 2 pcs Spring onions
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat with the sesame oil.
- Slice the vegetables and tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the ginger and garlic in the skillet until fragrant.
- Add the vegetables and tofu to the skillet. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are cooked to your liking.
- Add the soy sauce and stir well to combine.
- Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds before serving.
