Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • enough for frying Vegetable Oil
  • as needed Tonkatsu sauce
  • as needed steamed rice
  • as needed steamed vegetables

Instructions:

  1. Start by seasoning the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Coat each pork chop in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat in the Panko bread crumbs.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the pork chops until golden brown on both sides - about 4 to 5 minutes each side.
  4. Allow the pork chops to drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  5. Serve the Tonkatsu with steamed rice and vegetables, drizzled with Tonkatsy sauce.
