
Japanese Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Fresh ginger
- 4 stalks Spring onions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- 1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar.
- 2. Grate the garlic and ginger into the sauce mixture and stir well to combine.
- 3. Add the chicken to the sauce and let marinade for 15 minutes.
- 4. Heat a non-stick frying pan and cook the chicken until browned on both sides.
- 5. Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- 6. Slice spring onions and sprinkle over the chicken.
- 7. Finally, garnish with sesame seeds before serving classic Japanese Teriyaki Chicken.
