
Japanese Style Midnight Omelette Rice

Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 200 grams Chicken breast
- 1 Onion
- 100 grams Green peas
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sake
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Dice the chicken and onion. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they become transparent.
- Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook until it's no longer pink.
- Add the rice and green peas to the pan and stir.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sake. Stir-fry everything until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Push all the ingredients to one side of the pan. On the other side, pour the beaten eggs. Let them slightly set, and then stir to scramble.
- Mix the scrambled eggs with the rest of the ingredients in the pan.
- Add ketchup, salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything until well combined.
