Japanese Style Midnight Omelette Rice

Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 200 grams Chicken breast
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 grams Green peas
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sake
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Dice the chicken and onion. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they become transparent.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook until it's no longer pink.
  4. Add the rice and green peas to the pan and stir.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sake. Stir-fry everything until all the ingredients are well combined.
  6. Push all the ingredients to one side of the pan. On the other side, pour the beaten eggs. Let them slightly set, and then stir to scramble.
  7. Mix the scrambled eggs with the rest of the ingredients in the pan.
  8. Add ketchup, salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything until well combined.
  9. Serve your Japanese Style Midnight Omelette Rice warm, and enjoy!
