
Japanese-style Healthy Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Whole grain pasta
- 2 tablespoons Tamari soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Carrot
- 2 stalks Green onion
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- While the pasta is cooking, make the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together the tamari soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Slice the cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, and green onion into thin matchsticks.
- Once the pasta is cooled, add the chopped vegetables and pour over the dressing. Toss until well combined.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve. Enjoy it as a snack or as a light main course.
