Japanese Style Comfort Yakisoba

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs Yakisoba noodles
  • 1 whole Green bell pepper
  • 0.5 whole White Onion
  • 1 whole Carrots
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 8 tablespoons Yakisoba sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Pickled red ginger
  • 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Boil the yakisoba noodles according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. Chop the vegetables (green bell pepper, onion, carrots, green onions) into thin slices.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  4. Add the drained yakisoba noodles to the pan. Pour in the yakisoba sauce and stir until the noodles and vegetables are well-coated.
  5. Serve the yakisoba hot with a sprinkle of white sesame seeds, pickled red ginger and additional green onions on top for garnish.
