
Japanese Style Comfort Yakisoba

Ingredients:
- 2 packs Yakisoba noodles
- 1 whole Green bell pepper
- 0.5 whole White Onion
- 1 whole Carrots
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 8 tablespoons Yakisoba sauce
- 1 tablespoon Pickled red ginger
- 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Boil the yakisoba noodles according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- Chop the vegetables (green bell pepper, onion, carrots, green onions) into thin slices.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- Add the drained yakisoba noodles to the pan. Pour in the yakisoba sauce and stir until the noodles and vegetables are well-coated.
- Serve the yakisoba hot with a sprinkle of white sesame seeds, pickled red ginger and additional green onions on top for garnish.
