Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
- Mix soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger, minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Place the fish fillets on a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over them.
- Pour the marinade over the fish fillets, making sure they are evenly covered.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
