Japanese-Style Baked Fish

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces White fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Mix soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger, minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Place the fish fillets on a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over them.
  4. Pour the marinade over the fish fillets, making sure they are evenly covered.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
