
Japanese Spiced Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 large kiwi
- 1 large mango
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 small jalapeño
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
- Wash and prepare all the fruits. Cut the grapes in half, peel and chop the kiwi and the mango, and slice the pineapple into small chunks. Discard the seeds from jalapeño, then mince it finely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the minced jalapeño, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine. Let the fruit salad sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve the salad chilled.
