Japanese Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 large Carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the pork with soy sauce and a portion of the chopped ginger and garlic. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the rest of the ginger and garlic to the pan, and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  4. Increase the heat to high, add the marinated pork and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced carrot and bell pepper to the pan, and continue to stir-fry for another two minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve the stir-fry on a plate garnished with the chopped spring onions. You may also add a side of brown rice if desired.
