Japanese Pork Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 4 stalks Green onions
  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce
  • to taste Sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the pork over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
  2. 2. Mince the garlic and ginger, and slice the green onions. Add them to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the soy sauce and rice vinegar to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. 4. Carefully peel off leaves from the head of lettuce. Make sure they stay intact to hold the mixture.
  5. 5. Spoon the pork mixture into the lettuce leaves, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
