
Japanese Pork Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 4 stalks Green onions
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce
- to taste Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- 1. In a large skillet, cook the pork over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
- 2. Mince the garlic and ginger, and slice the green onions. Add them to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 3. Add the soy sauce and rice vinegar to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 2 more minutes.
- 4. Carefully peel off leaves from the head of lettuce. Make sure they stay intact to hold the mixture.
- 5. Spoon the pork mixture into the lettuce leaves, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
