Japanese Pork Gyoza

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound Ground pork
- 1/2 head Cabbage
- 50 pieces Gyoza wrappers
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, grated cabbage, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place a small amount of the pork mixture in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and pleat the edges to seal.
- In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the gyoza and cook for about 2 minutes, until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Turn the gyoza over and add 1/2 cup of water to the pan. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, until the water has evaporated and the gyoza are crispy and cooked through.
- Serve the gyoza hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
