
Japanese Grilled Mackerel

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Mackerel Fillets
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp, grated Ginger
- 1 whole for serving Lemon
Instructions:
- Firstly, make the marinade by combining soy sauce, mirin, sake, and grated ginger in a bowl.
- Place the mackerel fillets in a dish and pour over the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill on medium heat. Remove the mackerel from the dish and wipe off excess marinade. Grill the mackerel on each side for about 2-3 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
