
Japanese Fruit Yakitori

Ingredients:
- 8 pieces Skewers
- 1 medium size Pineapple
- 4 pieces Kiwi
- 2 pieces Pears
- 8 pieces Grapes
- 3 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Peel and cut pineapple, kiwi and pears into chunks.
- Thread fruit and grapes onto the skewers.
- In a small bowl, combine mirin, soy sauce, ginger and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush grill pan with a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
- Place skewers on the grill pan.
- Brush the fruit skewers with the mirin mixture.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until char marks appear, brushing occasionally with more sauce.
- Remove from the grill pan and serve immediately.
