
Japanese Fruit Soba Bowl

Ingredients:
- 100 grams soba noodles
- 100 grams surimi crab sticks
- 1 piece orange
- 1 piece apple
- 1 piece kiwi
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to cool them down.
- Peel and dice the orange, apple, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces.
- Unwrap the surimi crab sticks and slice them into thin pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked soba noodles, diced fruits, and sliced surimi.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. This will be your dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the soba and fruit mixture, tossing well to ensure everything is coated.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
