Japanese Fruit Soba Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams soba noodles
  • 100 grams surimi crab sticks
  • 1 piece orange
  • 1 piece apple
  • 1 piece kiwi
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to cool them down.
  2. Peel and dice the orange, apple, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Unwrap the surimi crab sticks and slice them into thin pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked soba noodles, diced fruits, and sliced surimi.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. This will be your dressing.
  6. Pour the dressing over the soba and fruit mixture, tossing well to ensure everything is coated.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
