Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mixed fruits (banana, apple, orange, berries, etc.)
- 3 tablespoons Yuzu juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- A few Mint leaves
Instructions:
- 1. Prepare your fruits by washing, peeling (if necessary) and cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Mix the fruits in a large bowl.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the yuzu juice and honey until well combined. This will be your dressing.
- 3. Drizzle the honey yuzu dressing over the mixed fruits. Toss gently to evenly coat the fruits with the dressing.
- 4. Garnish the fruit salad with a few mint leaves.
- 5. You can either serve immediately or chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving.
