
Japanese Fruit Salad with Ginger Dressing

Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed fruits(such as berries, kiwi, mango, pear, and plums)
- 2 cups leafy greens (such as spinach or arugula)
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Prepare all your fruit by washing and cutting into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss together your mixed fruits and leafy greens.
- In a smaller bowl, mix together the lemon juice, honey, and grated ginger until well combined. This will be your dressing.
- Pour the dressing over your fruit and leafy greens mixture and gently toss to combine. Ensure all pieces are coated well with the dressing.
- Divide the salad into four portions. Sprinkle each with sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy it fresh.
