Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries
- 1 cup Green grapes
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Kiwifruit
- 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Matcha powder
- to garnish few Fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
- 1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, grapes, blueberries and kiwifruit.
- 2. In a small separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, and matcha powder until well combined.
- 3. Pour the matcha dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
- 4. Let the salad sit for a few minutes to allow the flavours to meld together.
- 5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
