Japanese Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup Green grapes
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Kiwifruit
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Matcha powder
  • to garnish few Fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, grapes, blueberries and kiwifruit.
  2. 2. In a small separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, and matcha powder until well combined.
  3. 3. Pour the matcha dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  4. 4. Let the salad sit for a few minutes to allow the flavours to meld together.
  5. 5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
