
Japanese Fruit Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Assorted fresh fruits like mango, kiwi, pineapple, and strawberries
- 4 sheets Nor seaweed sheets
- 1 teaspoon Black sesame seeds
Instructions:
- In a pot, combine the sushi rice and water. Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- While the rice is cooking, mix together the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until sugar and salt dissolve.
- Once the rice is cooked, pour the vinegar mixture over it and gently fold to combine.
- Let the rice cool slightly. In the meantime, prepare your selected fruits by cleaning and cutting them into small pieces.
- Place a nori sheet on a serving bowl, add a layer of sushi rice on it. Then top it with your assorted fruits.
- Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
- Repeat the process until four bowls are ready. Best served fresh.
