
Japanese Fish Yakitori

Ingredients:
- 1 kilogram Fish Fillets
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Mirin
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 4 whole Green Onions
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 8 whole Skewers
Instructions:
- Cut the fish into one-inch pieces. Slice the green onions into one-inch pieces as well.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Marinate the fish in the sauce for 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to seep in.
- Preheat your grill or broiler. While it's heating, skewer the fish and green onions alternatively onto your skewers.
- Lightly brush the skewers with sesame oil.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, flipping once, until the fish is cooked through and lightly charred.
- Serve hot with additional soy sauce for dipping.
