
Japanese Edamame

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Edamame
- 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
- enough to cover Water
Instructions:
- Place the edamame in a large pot.
- Cover with water and add the sea salt. Stir to mix.
- Place the pot on medium-high heat. Bring the water to a boil.
- Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to medium and let the edamame simmer for about 5 minutes, or until they are tender.
- Drain the edamame and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle with a bit more sea salt if desired and serve as a healthy, protein-packed snack!
