
Japanese Comfort Seafood Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 4 cups Cooked sushi rice
- 500 grams Mixed seafood (shrimps, calamari, scallops)
- 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 stalks Spring onions
- for garnish Seaweed
- for garnish Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the seafood and cook until it's thoroughly cooked.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Pour this mixture over the cooked seafood. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens a bit.
- Chop the spring onions into small pieces.
- Divide the cooked sushi rice into 4 bowls. Top each bowl with the cooked seafood and sauce.
- Garnish each bowl with chopped spring onions, seaweed, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
