
Japanese Comfort Miso Soup with Fish

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White fish fillets
- 2 tablespoon Miso paste
- to taste Soy Sauce
- 2 sticks Green onions
- 1 block Medium tofu
- 4 cups Dashi stock
- 0.5 cup Shiitake mushrooms
Instructions:
- 1. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and slice the green onions into thin rings.
- 2. In a large pot, bring the dashi stock to boil.
- 3. Lower the heat and add miso paste, stir until fully dissolved.
- 4. Add the tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and fish to the pot. Let them simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the fish is thoroughly cooked.
- 5. Add soy sauce to taste and garnish with green onions before serving.
- 6. Serve hot with steamed rice for a comforting and hearty lunch.
